BFF added me and now I feel like I'm gonna do this

As hard as it is to say, I'm overweight. I need to loose 110 lbs. 125 lbs would bring me back to where I used to be 10 years ago. I'm 34 and need to take charge. And today my long time BFF added me here. I feel like I may have found my accountabuddy.
