One month progress - with pics!

Just thought I'd share my one month progress - been keeping at my daily calorie goal 5 or 6 days a week, 2 HIIT classes per week, and two sessions with a personal trainer per week (mostly weights and resistance training).

I weighed in 4 weeks ago last night at 220.4, but haven't weighed myself since. In the past, I would get discouraged by the number on the scale, even if I saw progress in photos or in the way my clothes fit. This time I've decided to only weigh in every three months, but will update my photos every month.

Here are my first set of progress photos - I do see a slight difference (more so in the front than in the side photos), and I also feel much less bloated.

Here's hoping these are the first of many successful pictures to follow :)

Something ive done is put all my pictures into photoshop, trace the outlines, and match them up to each other. It a cool way to see how much im shrinking! Its great motivation for me

Thanks for all of the positive feedback!

One of the things I am being very diligent about is weighing and measuring everything I eat. From past attempts, I realize how important that is. I've been giving myself every Saturday as an "off day", so I know I have to be 100% on the other days.

Pictures are my fave form of seeing results, especially since I have a hard time getting that scale to move consistently.

Great work! You can definitely see a difference.
