Best workouts on youtube?

Options
Hi all, looking for good, 20-40 minute exercises on youtube. I really like dance-based workouts and have been loving doing adrienne white's kickbox routine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Annie

    Hello All!

I do Keaira LaShae's Reggae Workout every day. Does anyone know how many calories that burns? Thanks!

You would need to wear a heart rate monitor to get a good estimate of what you're burning. It will differ by fitness level/age/gender/size, so that's not something someone can tell you. ETA if you use MFP's estimate for aerobics, I've seen people say they use 75% of the number MFP gave them. MFP generally gives a higher burn than what you're actually burning.

BeFit and Fitness Blender are really good. I found something called Batuka when I was looking for Zumba workouts, and they were fun, even though I couldn't understand a word they were saying.

I mostly search Jillian Michaels when searching for YouTube workout videos.

Bump to research other great options later :)

FitnessBlender's workouts are great. The people instructing seem more "real" and down-to-earth than other fitness instructors with videos on YouTube.
