Atkins Frozen Meals Issue?

1st I never entirely follow diets that emphasize either drastically reducing or eliminating anything but I do desire to reduce my Carbohydrate intake, within reason & figured that 1 of these meals a day or every other day (because of the expense & high Caloric content), would help. Plus they're also high in Protein, which I want to increase as well. So on the surface, it seemed like a win/win situation until I ate them. While I believe that they taste great, they didn't sustain me at all; I literally felt like I ate nothing. I haven't ever had this issue with other diet meals, like Lean Cuisine, Lean Gourmet or Healthy Choice but I do have this problem with oatmeal & eggs also, unless I consume about 4 servings at a time; even though their both suppose to be sustaining as well. I am curious to learn, if I am the only 1, whom experiences this or does anyone else?

I ate them when I was on the Adkins diet. Didn't fill me up either. For $4 I think you can have a lot more food. What about making chicken stir fry? Make a large amount then freeze it into plastic containers and heat up when needed.0

Thank you! I make Fajitas but I use lettuce instead of tortillas.0
