Back again, but with fibromyalgia!!!

I lost 3 stone 2 years ago. I put 2 back on, have lost 7lb over last 3 months and it's time to get on this properly.
last time we did this we walked most days when daughter was at school, this time is made more difficult because she's now home schooled and I've been told I've got myofascial pain disorder, neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia.
I really struggle to get motivated to do exercise as I'm tired and in pain before I start.
But as I don't want to end up unable to do anything, I've decided I need to just grin and bare it!
Walked yesterday and 2 x 2 minutes on cross trainer
Today I've got no walking planed as I'm home alone with daughter, but my aim is 8 x 2.5 minutes on cross trainer.
I have sewing to do and bookkeeping and will see if I have enough time later for a walk with the dogs!
