    Hey! I have the WORST sweet tooth! So does anyone know any good 100 calorie dessert ??

    Chobani Simply 100 yogurt with a few raspberries or blueberries on top - it's what i'm eating right now!

    Just have whatever you want, in a 100 calorie portion.

    I've found my sweet tooth is so much more satisfied when I have a couple bites of something real and indulgent than, say, a low fat ice cream bar.

    But if you really want something more than a couple bites, suck on good quality dark chocolate, or a popsicle, as these things last longer while you're eating them.

    Hot chocolate or a sweet flavored coffee.
    Dessert tea can also be nice, you can get flavors like caramel vanilla truffle and black forest, etc.

    I was addicted to those fiber one bars for awhile.

    I know for myself a small portion of simple carbs without much if any fiber/protein is a recipe for a binge.

    I speak for those who have issues with carbs spiking their insulin.
