I am 5'5 and have a 27 inch waist, no idea what i am weighing, and I refuse to weigh myself. I used to have a 22 - 23 inch waist, so i obviously feel huge now. ( I know i am not) I, was not healthy back then, but I really want to lose 2 inches off my waist without falling back to old habits.
The problem is that i am already eating little, but also extremely unregular and unhealthy (mostly), and i have for the past two years. I know I probably should eat more, and healthier, but could that make me gain weight? If I eat clean, and enough, will that help me lose?

Now I eat between 0 and 2500 calories a day probably, however, i might just stop eating for a week at a time, and often do not eat any proper meals at all, just like one apple here, some cake later, a little ice cream at night and done. ( I gained 6 inches eating like this, continued to eat like it and just stayed there. Before I barley ate at all though)

Please help me, i really, really want to be healthy, but i still worry about gaining.

Why do you refuse to weigh yourself?

Used to? There is nothing in your post that indicates a healthy relationship with food or eating. It sounds as though you still have disordered thoughts and actions.

You acknowledge the fact that you used to have an eating disorder, but you are showing a lot of signs of disordered thinking in regards to eating. Talk to your doctor about getting counselling, and advice on being healthy. They will be able to get you the support you need to ensure that you are a healthy weight, and to deal with your emotional issues surrounding food and eating.

We're unable to help you; you need to speak with your treatment team again and let them know you're relapsing

I agree with others that you may need help outside of this website.

However, to put things into perspective for you, at 18 , 5' 5" if you ate 1600 calories daily you would probably maintain 115lbs. Please do not starve yourself.

I would say you still have a eating disorder.
    Seek professional help.
You do not need to lose weight (27") and you seem to know what healthy food and eating is you need guidance and a healthy meal plan which a good dietician can do for you.
    Good luck.

Sometimes i stop eating because my thought gets irrational if i am under a lot of stress. I might believe that if i eat i will fall sick and die. But thats another problem

It sounds like you still have a ED, you might need to seek medical help. It's not healthy to stop eating all together, your body needs food. Food is not the enemy. You could stock your kitchen with healthier foods. Fresh veggies/fruits brown rice/pasta etc. You don't need to weigh yourself, but it would be a good idea so you can set this up, so you are eating in a deficit. I wish you much success in your journey, but please do it in a healthy way.

Either you have an eating disorder and need professional help or this is a troll post.

I would definitely see a professional who specializes in ED. There are a lot of those who are also nutritionists. If you want to eat healthier, I would try and find one of those who can help you.
