Article on Kayla itsines...how does she survive?

in this months shape magazine she said she gets up at 5am and eats 1 poached egg on a piece of rye toast before her first boot camp class. Then afterwards she has the same thing but with some spinach and tomatoes to make it through the next part of her day...

I got today at 6:45 and had steel cut oats and banana, did 40 minutes of lifting then had 1 cup egg whites with ham and was hungry again in two hours At 10:30. I had 1/2 cup cottage cheese (that was supposed to go with lunch later).

I would be miserable if I followed her food plan! I wish I could workout at her level of intensity and not be ravenous. Anyone with me?? Am I all alone?! Lol

    But why would someone in great shape be ashamed to be honest with what they eat. Maybe she eats another snack before lunch but the article didn't really elude to that fact. Anyways just baffles me!

    I don't understand - did the article say that's all she ate all day? I do up to three hours on Saturday morning. Eat nothing before and some apple slices during or after if I feel I need it. I like to really settle down to eat and between the adrenaline prior to a workout (I'm almost always running late) and diet dew on my way, eating before workouts is just not on the table. It's just a preference
