Had this app forever and just decided to try it. May do IIFYM. (If it fits your macros) or just try eating 80% whole foods. Not into plans that you have to eat their foods. I need to learn to eat right with reg food. Also trying to decide on a work out plan. Anyone have one they'd recommend? I was thinking of the 21 day fix but not sure if I really need the containers. Maybe just a good work out video. Thanks!
