Too much too soon?

I am 3 months, almost 4 months postpartum. I worked out throughout my entire pregnancy, spinning, light running, swimming, light weights, etc. I took about 8 weeks off from exercise, but continued to walk about 40 minutes a day. I have been back to exercising for about 2 months now. I am at a really good weight, 5'7 132, although I would LOVE to have more muscle. I have some tone to me but not much. Anyways, I am not eating at a deficient because I have no intention to lose weight. The past three weeks I have been introduced to Body Pump and I LOVE it. It has replaced my routine of 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of light weight lifting 4-5 days a week.
My routine for the this past week has been:
Monday: Bodypump
Tuesday: 40 min. spin/20 min ab work
Wednesday-Active rest (40 min walk 3.5-3.8mph)
Thursday: Bodypump
Friday-Active rest (40 min. walk)
Saturday: Bob Harpers Total Transformation (kicked my butt!)
Sunday (today)-active rest 40 min. walk
I try to exercise 5 times a week but after yesterdays workout I know my body needed rest. Anyways this past week I have been just on and off tired. A little sore, but more fatigue. Not sure if it is my nutrition or my body just getting used to the harder workouts. I have been eating around 2,200 cals which includes eating back my exercise calories and wondering if I need more. I did notice that out of all my macros my protein was very high, 180 grams! My carbs and fat are always on the lower range, around 52 grams of fat and 220 grams of carbs give or take a little. My goal is to just exercise and feel great, not so tired and worn down which tells me I am doing something wrong. (I do get about 8 hours or more of sleep a night, but I am constantly on the move with a toddler and a 3 month year old.)

That is a lot of protein. You really don't need that much. You probably need a better balance of macros, for one thing. Don't skimp on fats - they are essential for the body. Try for a balance something like 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fats and see how you feel .
also when it comes to exercise, it isn't a terrible thing to have a rest day.
Are you breast feeding? If you are, don't forget that breast feeding does require additional nutrition for your body.0 -
I'd have a couple of actual rest days, and swap a bit of protein for fat and carbs, see how you feel?0

I am affraid that Bodypump will not give you that much muscle. (Which is unfortunate, I know).
Too much repetition, not enough weight I've been told.
Your calories might be to low.
I'm lightly active, work out 3x a week and maintain at 2200.
Todlers are very energy intensive, plus you workout more than I do.
Also, if this has only been going on one week you can't really draw any conclusions yet. Some weeks are just off weeks.0 -
Thanks! I am trying to swap in more carbs/fat instead of so much protein and add in some more calories as well. I plan on taking the next few days off to just recharge and see how I feel.0
