If you are going to weigh yourself every day it is important to understand that our body flucuates each day. I am a person who will step on the scale everyday but I only record it on Friday mornings, same time, same scale.
This loss could be a number of things it could be that yesterday when you weighed you were retaining water, or maybe you didn't drink as much yesterday so you do not have as much water in your system.
To answer your actual question I don't know it really depends on what is going on with your body.0 -
