I'm a weight gain meal plan and I'm trying to build back the muscle I lost. But, I wasn't sure if I should be taking in the amount of protein based off of my weight or based off of my calorie intake.
Currently taking in 2100-2200 calories and I weigh 95 lbs. At the moment, I take in anywhere from 90-105+ grams of protein.

Typically and from what I've read for especially muscle growth, it's 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight, you should have your fat intake at about 30%, even more for you at this point, and the remainder of the calories usually about 45-50% is carbohydrates, but could be more obviously depending on the protein and fat intake.0

Target grams over percentages. Your protein is fine and you'll need around 45g of fat and the rest can be fat, protein or carbs however you like.0
