I had a bad day like that last week but all my other days I was within goal, I lost a pound. Keep going and don't let one day knock you down!0

As others have said, messing up does not make you a disgrace. It merely shows that you are fallible just like the rest of us.

yep I've had -1400 calorie days and +3500 calorie days, so no big deal0

Tomorrow is a new day. And dont stress TOO MUCH about letting today affect tomorrow (i.e. dont eat 600 calories tomorrow to make up for it or something like that...it may lead to another binge!)0
