Yesterday. I did 30 leg lifts in physical therapy - no weights on my ankle. What I felt was so triumphant I had to laugh with Joy. And the reason was on the 25th of Sept., I was the victim of a car crashing into my bike and last week I couldn't walk, then Monday I couldn't even do one - my leg simply wouldn't move. 3 weeks ago I was using 3lb ankle weights, but my ability to do what I did yesterday was nothig short of miraculous to me.0
