    I'm so old to have finally achieved my fastest sustained running pace ever - the pace that was beyond what I thought was possible back in my slower youth. I was resigned to forever be "just a jogger." (I was recently diagnosed with asthma - I guess the inhaler is helping maybe? - and have always been just a slow person in general, but I still love running. I don't even care if I'm at the back of the pack.)

    I'm proof that some people DO get better with age! :D

    Running a 7:00 mile after 3 miles of running, after an 1:40 bike, after a 40 minute swim. Naughty but tomorrow is my off day : )
