I'm not to maintaining yet, but if I manage that it looks like I will fall into the 1 out of 677 category (BMI 44/260 lbs to BMI 22.3-22.5/132-134 lbs currently). Not sure when I want to move to maintain. Currently debating 130 lbs or maybe closer to 122 lbs.0 -
126 to 114 kept it off for 5yrs, now 107 I know it is not a huge weight loss but I am only 4'11 and 67 yrs old . You are right, it can be done.0

Congratulation. I am about 4 kg away from my goal. Though I aim to bring body fat down to 13percent. I hope, I can say the same thing on every weight lost anniversary.0
