"Newbie" ...for the third time...

Hello all! I'm ashamed to admit it, but this is my third time on MFP...The first two attempts were successful for a short time, but I was never able to keep the weight off.
Well, I'm back now, and I have a feeling things are going to be different this time around. I've started buying mostly fresh foods, stopped going out to eat so much, and (the most important change in my opinion) I've found an activity that I love to do. I started taking aerial arts classes about three weeks ago, and I've been going once every week. I work up a sweat, I'm sore for days, I feel weak at the end of my workouts...and I'm still completely addicted to it and wish I could go more often!
So, with that said...I have the "diet" portion of this equation down, but I need to work on the exercise. This class is only once a week, and I need to do some cross-training the rest of the week if I want to see that scale move in the right direction.
I'm hoping that I can make some friends who will motivate me to workout at least 4-5 times a week. I'm more than happy to provide the same motivation to others!
