Old newbie returning to the MFP fold

Hey!

I used to come on here fairly often about a year ago, then unfortunately stopped logging on, and logging in general, due to work, moving, and more work! I've now found the time to focus on my health and weight again.

When I last was here, I was down to about 69kg after about losing 9kg (I don't know what that is in pounds, sorry!) But in the last year I have poor that back on with a little extra, weighing in this afternoon at 81kg! That's the heaviest I've been yet, :(

As you can probably guess, I'm a bit bummed out about it. I was so close to my goal of 65kg and now I have to start again!

So I'm back here, in need of motivation, calorie deficit advice and tips on how to utilise the gym as best as I can. I hope to learn all I can this time around and finally reach that goal weight I'm longing for!

    Sounds like me... Been back several times, but starting again! Looking for mfp friends too... Motivation is key!
  • I know the feeling - motivation and accountability are what I seem to be lacking. I need to be pushed, but at least right now I feel pushed in the right direction. :)
