Quite a lot of pseudo science in that article. And no need to make eating so much trouble. Just eat mostly nutrient dense food, throw in a few snacks and call it a day. A person does not need to eliminate a whole bunch of foods to lose weight and be healthy. That's just asking for relapse and bingeing.0
