How do I log treadmill running on a 2% incline, 6 mph?

Why not just log it as running? Treadmill running takes a little less energy (i.e. burns fewer calories) than outside because of lack of wind resistance and the movement of the belt, so some of the incline helps cancel that out. And for the rest--bonus burned calories=>weight loss!0

My question is, how do I log into MFP the calories burned?

Go to "Exercise" and then click on "Exercise Diary." There should be an option to "Add Exercise" under cardiovascular.0

Do that
Find running 6mph, put in time then click on calories and half them
Then enter0
