I'm starting school again tomorrow and I'm very scared about staying on track with my calorie goal. Any ideas?

Visulise what you want, make good food choices in the school canteen. Drink plenty of water. Hopefully your freinds will see the difference in you and will make positive comments. At the end of the day, give yourself a pat on the back, treat yourself - a piece of your fav fruit. Carry these pos thoughts forward to tomorow.
Good luck, we all love you!

Depending on your university and what company is supplying it, the school might have the nutrition information available for students, or the information might already be available in the MFP database (I know there's quite a few entries for Aramark/POD Market). For instance, my university just rolled out a new website and app that offers the daily menu for each of the dining halls plus a tool that lets us calculate our meal's nutritional info (they also suggest using MFP to keep track of what we're eating). With those tools, it's very easy for me to pre-log what I want to eat in order to see where I might need to cut back or supplement to my day.

Start with good habits! Make healthy substitutions, walk more, use your school's gym if possible. Drink more water, and try to avoid snacking.
