Fitness after an accident

Memorial Day weeks I was in a trail riding accident, on a horse. Puncture wound, impact wound and crush damage to my calf muscle. Finally was given the clearance to get rid of the crutches last Thursday and given the ok to go back to the gym. I still cannot do more than walk and no more than body weight on my right leg. Any suggestions on a work out would be appreciated, I can't afford a trainer.

    Check Youtube for seated exercises or ones developed for wheelchair bound people. I was in a chair for several months after breaking both legs in an accident and found several workouts that kept me from falling too far behind while I was recovering.
