loose 10 lbs donut around my waist and move it to my *kitten* area.

    Hi:
    Focus on eating at a deficit and you will lose weight. Unfortunately, nobody can "spot reduce". Your body will decide which body area will lose fat first. It may not be the area you want.
    Lifting weights have helped me with improving my body shape. Caution: It is not fast, you have to be consistent.
