Not using all my food calories allowed. Are my settings off?

Not in my opinion. I don't eat them back UNLESS for some reason I am extra hungry, which is rare. Exercise calories are far from accurate. A lot of people say exercise calories burned just provides you with more food that you can eat. I disagree. They are so wildly variable! However, if you exercise a lot and occasionally go over on your eaten calories, don't sweat it.0 -

How many calories are you eating
How many calories are you burning and how are you measuring that burn?
Also are you focusing on day to day or across the week ...a good workout suppresses my appetite on the day but I'm ravenous the day after if I haven't forced myself to eat adequately and I will never not eat adequate protein on lifting days0
