One week on and feeling inspired

Here 1 week now, been reading the message boards and joned a few groups, have found some very inspirational and motivational, so thank you all for your posts.

I've kick started my weight loss by using Herbalife Shakes and vitamins (for the extra nutriants) and Weight Watchers Meals and snacks, as I live alone and don't really do much cooking for myself. But this will only be for a few weeks and then I'll `GMAIG'. :glasses: :embarassed:
