Using targets

Over the past 4 or 5 years i have steadily put on weight. I would like to loose 5 stone in total but using a target of 3 stone to start. I have decided to set myself a target everyday. Todays target is to avoid crisps.
Im hoping small targets will help me reach the bigger ones

Good luck. If you really like crisps there are options well below 200 cals per packet https://www.walkers.co.uk/crisps-range/baked/ready-salted
but if you have control issues then it's probably best to not have them in the house.0 -
