id like to add some more people for support

ive been having a hard time with this. up and down like a rollercoaster and I think finally after about 40 days Im getting it right but I still have those days where I don't know if this is what I want to do. ive learned so much from everyone on here but I would like to continue to get to know more people and gain more knowledge. im slowly changing my horrible eating habits. I take it one day at a time. being a single mother and working full time doesn't leave me much time to workout or eat right but with the support of everyone on here I think I can do so please feel free to add me, look at my diary and make any suggestions. im open to criticism
