How to loose more weight and belly fat?

Hi friends,
I am eating clean (as much as I can) and doing regular cardio (walking and tennis). I lost around 13 lbs and now I am stuck at 185 lbs. I am not able to loose more weight.
I have few questions?
Should I loose more weight and then start strength training or should I maintain this weight and start strength training?
I am 26 yrs, male with height 5 feet 11 inches.
How can I loose more fat? I understand that it is not possible to target fat loss to any body part, but my final target is to remove as much fat as possible from my belly.
Thanks for help.

Start strength training now.
I'm not super fluent in healthy male weights so hopefully somebody else will chime in. But, I don't think you are too overweight, just over-fat at this point. I would suggest eating either at maintenance and really start lifting heavy or eat at a slight deficit and really start lifting heavy.0 -

.I lost around 13 lbs and now I am stuck at 185 lbs. I am not able to loose (sic) more weight.
So any more weight you lose will happen slowly.
.Should I loose (sic) more weight and then start strength training or should I maintain this weight and start strength training?
Start weightlifting today, even if it's only body weight exercises (use your favorite search engine).
.How can I loose (sic) more fat?
It would be better to increase intensity or duration a bit.

FYI:
loose = not tight
lose = to no longer have
Your clothes will be loose once you lose weight.0
