Did anyone not lose weight at first?

Just wondering, I always hear stories about how people lose a lot the first week (mostly water weight), but then it slows down. But is there anyone who didn't really lose much weight the first 2-3 weeks, but then started dropping it? When could you really tell you were losing weight?

    I gained a pound each of my first two weeks. It wasn't until after I joined MFP and started really learning about counting calories/weight loss that I started losing.

    It can be frustrating when the scale isn't budging.. I didn't lose weight for the first month, one morning I woke up and the scale was literally down... You'll start to notice your clothes feeling looser around 10 lbs.. People close to you around 20 lbs and others around 30 lbs.. Consistency is key!! Don't give up! Good luck.

    Naw, I've been consistently losing a pound per week. However, I do have a temporary gain around ovulation and again two weeks later premenstrually.

    Yes, that was me. After the 3rd week I saw a small drop in weight.
