My name is Jessica, and live in New York. I am a full time mom of three and working on my BA in Criminal Justice Systems. 2 weeks ago my doctor told me my cholesterol was high and I was borderline diabetic on top of being anemic. Her first instinct was to write prescriptions. I told her at my age of 33 and weight of 213lbs I had plenty of room to make improvements before drugs would ever be an option. With this she gave me 4 months to get my weight down to at least 205 lbs and improve my cholesterol level. For the first week I kept track of what I ate and how much I really exercised. The second week I knew where I had to make changes and started making them. I am finishing off my first week with almost a 4 lbs weight loss, I am eating much healthier, walking 4 miles a day and brought my water intake up to 8 glasses of water a day. Looking forward to week two without any mistakes. If anyone else has any suggestions I can make, that would be great.

Keep it going girlfriend, seems like you're pretty much kicking some serious a** and taking names along the way.0
