Hi! My name is Becka. I've used MFP for several years now on and off. I've used it to lose a few pesky pounds and to ensure I was actually getting enough nutrition when I was into running long distances. In the past year I've gotten away from running. It makes me sad but I feel like I never have the time and when I do it feels like a chore. I got married 7 months ago and my husband could care less about fitness. I've gained some unwanted married weight so I want to get back into running and eating right, but I need a community of support. I know it can go really quickly if I had the support! Please be my MFP friend!! :)

    Hello! Your story sounds familiar to mine. I just recently got back into MFP and running. I've put on about 20 pounds since getting married 2 years ago and am trying to lose that weight. Sending you a request :smile:
