Plateau! Anyone else have this issue?

I am a mother of four, two are my own. I just had a baby three months ago. I was over weight when I got pregnant the second time by about 50 lbs. I immediately started to loose weight after giving birth getting down to 196 lbs and still loosing. However I recently went on birth control and gained it all back plus some. I've been going to the gym 3 or more times a week for over a month and have seen no results.
I'm very discouraged at this point. This is the most I've weighed in my life at 209. Granted I'm 5'11'' but I would like to be at 165lbs again. No matter how hard I work out or watch what I eat the scale won't go past 200lbs! Any suggestions on how to get over this? I want to be able to keep up with all my kids, I have 15 and 11 yr old step kids as well that are into all sorts of activities and my little ones will be starting activities soon! I also want to look good for my husband he's so handsome and I feel bad that I look the way I do because when we met I was in tip top shape. HELP!!

Losing weight is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise and 3 times a week isn't enough. For exercise to help with weight loss it takes an hour a day. You don't have to do that all at once, it can be done in short segments that fit into your busy life. I had been yo-yoing for months and I finally decided to cut all processed foods from my diet with 2 exceptions - low carb tortillas and pitas and fat free plain greek yogurt. I have lost 18 pounds since May 7.
