What is the recommended calorie in take when you are breastfeeding? I'd like to lose weight without if effecting my milk supply.
Thank you

I would love to know the answer to this too lol. Am in the same boat...had a baby over 2 months ago... but feel like even eating 1300 cals for a 5'7 female is not enough..not sure... i heard you should be eating between 300 to 500 cals more for the baby... add me if you want to interact daily for motivation, im looking for support and also able to give it back daily0

You really shouldn't be eating less than 1600 cals when you're breastfeeding. The minimum range for a breastfeeding woman to eat and still lose weight is 1600-1800 cals daily.0
