I've gone from 235 (lost my first 10 pre-MFP) down to where I am now, hovering at around 207-209. This gives me a BMI that is just barely, barely overweight (around a 26 BMI, as I'm six-foot-three).

I haven't weighed under 200 in about 10 years.

Budge, you damn scale!!!

    Good luck getting there.

Same height here. I wanted to do the same last year, and got to 196. Doesn't work for my frame at all. I'm comfortable, and I believe healthiest, around 210ish.

BMI is less than ideal the taller you are.

Check out Eat to Perform website or FB page. I think they have the right idea. You may be under eating. I'd look at body fat % over BMI. Under 200 is pretty small for a full grown man your height. This is my husband at 6'3" 230ish lbs. under 200, he looks sick. He is obese by BMI.ylwbalamfqyk.jpg
