is there a way to put in your diary thing your exercise or calories burned doing them?

    You log exercise under it's own tab (to the right of the food tab).

    Use the cardiovascular section to get a calorie burn guesstimate for your activity. MFP burns are often generous. These will just be general categories .....strength training, aerobics, circuit training, etc.

    If you have a different estimate (many machines are generous also)...you can over ride the calorie estimate provided.
