Hi fit friends!!! Ive been here but never noticed that there's a community. Come follow me to share some motivation and inspiration. Also i love seeing what people eat to get ideas. For me loosing weight is 80% food 20% gym. With that said i go 5 times a week or 7 depending on work. Lets motivate each other. good luck friends
