I need some inspiration. What healthy foods do you enjoy when you're looking for a sweet treat or salty snack?

My favorites so far include: guacamole and tortilla chips (very satisfying), a frozen banana blended with a cup of milk (it really does taste like a milk shake!), and antipasto w/ a few olives, small piece of cheese, roasted red peppers, and maybe some pickled veggies.

I'm looking for some real food options. Not prepackaged snacks or foods that use fake substitutes. Thanks!

I love cashew milk salted carmel frozen desert. I am lactose intolerant and I have yet to find a variety of flavors of ice cream made with lactose free milk (just Breyers vanilla and chocolate).

Homemade shakes with 1% milk, natural peanut butter, a preferred whey vanilla supplement and fresh banana.

It's literally better than a shake from steak and shake.

Lots and lots of great calories for after a workout..

My favourite is honestly my homemade granola. That with some milk and blueberries makes me feel all sorts of giddiness. :)

I slice a banana, add some natural PM to a slice and top with another banana slice. Freeze on parchment papee for 10 minutes, dip in melted dark chocolate then dip in shredded unsweetened coconut. Store in freezer. About 30 calories each. Delicious!

Fruit! There is so much in season now that it is sometimes hard to decide what to buy and eat. I love grapes, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, bananas, kiwi, and on and on. Today I cut up a cantaloupe. It was so good that I have had a hard time not eating too much of it today.

I buy them from the deli at Coles supermarket (Australia). They sit in a big bowl and you serve yourself whatever size container of them you want to buy. Sorry, I don't think they have any particular brand, but yep, it would be worth trying to make them yourself.

The olives are large, green and stuffed with pimento. They also have oil in the marinade, along with chili, lime, tequila and slivers of garlic.
