My health is my NSV today, what's your's?

Got my physical labs redrawn on 6/6/13. As my friends here on MFP know my health is one of my primary motivators for this journey. So today's NSV really rocks it out for me and validates the last 160+ days.
Lipid panel(Fasting)
1-9-2013 6-6-2013 Ref ranges
Total cholesterol 248 154 100-199
Triglycerides 126 51 0-149
HDL(good) 43 60 >39
ATP-III guidelines, HDL-C >59 is considered a negative risk factor for Congenital Heart Disease.
VLDL(bad) 25 10 5-40
LDL (bad) 180 84 0-99
I run, I lift, I eat what I want, within reason(last several days have been ugh but getting back on track). My diaries are open and I can always use more motivation. This month is in maintenance, will start heading down on the scale again next month.
SW: 317lbs and a :smokin:
CW: 249.75lbs and no :smokin: x 161 days
GW: 215lbs but will adjust as my body composition changes due to lifting.

Your numbers look great!
So glad you posted this, because there are so many NSV's that *mean* something. When the scale gets stuck for me (oh, and it does!), I rest easy in the fact that I get more healthy every day.0 -
