need some serious help motivation wise,
So far I've lost 2 stone and ten pounds, however at the weekend I cracked for the first time and ate a lot of stuff I shouldn't, and now I can't stop craving unhealthy food, any tips?

    Congrats on your weight loss, 38 lbs down is great! Don't let a weekend binge derail your efforts. Eat a treat if you really want it but be sure to log it. If you look up the calories on goodies before you eat them it may help you resist in going overboard on them. I brush my teeth right after each meal or snack; it helps keep me from mindlessly grazing. Good luck!

    There is no "lot of stuff I shouldn't". Everything in moderation. It's one weekend. Log it and move on.
