    Completely depends on what's in it, what kind of wrap, what kind of bread to make the panini... too many variables to know.

    Tortillas can have a lot of "hidden" calories, so they're not inherently better for you. I would co-sign the other posts in that it depends on the kind of bread or tortilla, and the fixings you're putting inside.
