Need Help with a Recipe!
This is the Unstuffed Cabbage Roll recipe my family and I love! I want to know about how much 1 serving would be (for example 1 cup or 1/2 cup ) and I would also like to know what if I used 85% lean turkey instead of ground beef? Also how many calories per serving??? Trying to get healthy and eat better so any help would be great! Thanks!!

if you go to the food section, there is a recipe builder that you can copy and paste this recipe into and select the right ingredients and it will do all the work for you.0

Since it's 2 lbs of meat, I'm guessing that this makes at least 8 servings (e.g. 4 oz per serving.) I'd build it in the recipe builder assuming it's 8 servings, and then all you've got to do is fire out what 1/8th of the total volume might be. Maybe use a food scale for that?
