Hi there all! My name is Trish ad this is my 4th time starting my fitness pal. I am at my highest weight ever!!!! I weighed in at a whopping 279 #. I have had several kids and have never ever been this heavy. I work 5 days a week and currently have yet to start back at the gym. I am looking for any tips from others who are able to stay on track. It seems like I do well for awhile but then something will come up and I am back to my bad eating habits again. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks all.

buy a digital food scale, and weigh all of your solid foods. Measure all liquids with calories. Log all calories, and stick to your calorie deficit. If you do this, you will lose weight, I promise.
