Well I gained a lot of weight with my son but I have scoliosis and the extra weight doesn't help. But during all this I had an honest talk with my doctor about my weight. I'm lucky because I don't have any health issues and I'm still young. So I want to prevent all that and just feel good.

You can do it! I also have scoliosis and after two kids my weight stabilized to 158 lbs (I'm 5'2). I've been losing slowly for a year and am down to 127, its doable and worth it!0

Thank you everyone. I've changed my diet. In five weekstar of seeing my doctor I've lost 9 pounds. 3 since seeing the dieticon 13 days ago. I got back into the gym and I love it.0
