Greetings everyone! I just joined today at the recommendation of my sister in law. Back in high school I did weight watchers for a bit, and when I was able to keep a food journal I actually had some success. I'm bad with paper journaling though (so tedious), so I'm hoping the online thing will be more user friendly and easy to keep up with.
Please feel free to add me as a friend so we can motivate each other to reach our goals! If you're in the Reedsburg (or surrounding) area, I'd love to have exercise buddies for bicycle riding, yoga, or hiking/power walking.
