hello, my name is Patricia and I'm looking for some friends to help keep me motivated and on track.
I am 178lbs (or less cuz my scale adds pounds lol) and 5'7. I use to be down to 135lbs and I wanna get back to that weight. Tomorrow I'll be trying to cut added sugars out of my life and become healthy.
I'll answer some questions I put for you all. You already know my name and goal, so what motivates me is that I want to dress in harajuku styles and Japanese clothing usually run small, also I want to feel more energized and be happy in my body.
I have many favorite healthy meals, today I made roasted eggplant with fresh salsa, i also love seafood, and frozen grapes are a great snack. Oh and there is this amazing blueberry bread that's pretty healthy that I make (but it has sugar in it so I'll be staying away from that until I at least go a month without sugar) :)

    I love apples with peanut butter and cinimon sprinkled on it :p
