Hello friends!
It seems a silly question and I know this has been posted before, but there never seems to be a concrete or simple response. When the nutrition label on spaghetti is given, is this for cooked or uncooked pasta?
Thank you, and good luck with your health goals.

Uncooked unless the label specifies otherwise.0

Always uncooked/raw The pasta will increase in water weight when it is cooked.0

Uncooked. I weigh it out before cooking and then after. So if 2 oz is a serving, I'll weight out 3 servings worth. Then when I cook it I'll separate it into thirds0

The question wasn't how or when to weigh, it was whether the nutrition label on pasta is for cooked/uncooked.
This will differ brand to brand. For example I have two packets of Penne. The Asda packet displays cooked (156/100g) and the Tesco one uncooked (360/100g).
Circa 150 will always be cooked, circa 350 will always be uncooked for both rice and pasta.
