Hey I was wondering, should I hit my macros if I'm trying to maintain my weight? Kinda new to the whole macro thing... Thanks for the help.

The only time macros are really important is when you do strength training.
General weight maintaining is about calories in = calories out.
That being said, there are daily minimum protein and fat requirements, but if you are not vegetarian and have a "normal" diet you probably already hit those.
(Just google minimum protein and minimum fat requirements)0 -
I try to hit my macros all the time and I put myself more in the endurance athlete category. You already lost weight, now its time to focus on total health. I find that once I hit my protein and fiber, if i still feel hungry then I didn't have enough liquids. Makes it fairly easy to hit my maintenance calorie goal.0

As a general rule, I try to stay under my carbs & sugar macros while I aim to meet the protein macros.0
