Help...

I have no idea what to do or where to start,, I walk the dog daily and have a x trainer, vibration plate, treadmill and weights at home but do not know how to plan my exercise regime....

Any help??

    Start with something you enjoy ... for me, it started with a 30 minute brisk walk on the treadmill 3 times a week.

    Exactly. As long as you can get some form of exercise in, the kind is not really important. If you enjoy it you will continue doing it.
    Also, since you walk your dog daily I think it should be included in activity level and not exercise.
