    Just received mine...trying to get my head around the macros suggested and adding them in here as they are in grams on the programme but % on MFP? wishing lots of luck

    Put macronutrient gram in google. There will be a youtube clip that explains how to adjust this which works. Need to do it on a computer not phone or tablet.

    i am using % still because the script wouldnt work but im within 5g of each target which is fine
