How Much Protien Do You Eat?

I am curious if you watch protien grams and how much you eat. Do you try to eat protien based on body weight?

    I do, but I lift heavy and consistently and my goal is to put on a lot of muscle and lean out. Check my diary out- I'll typically consume upwards of 200 grams of protein ( I weigh 190-ish) during the week. Weekends I take in less because I generally don't lift.

    My minimum protein intake each day is based on my lean body mass, which is currently 83.1 lbs. I aim for at least 100 grams every day.
